Full Job Description
Design, develop, test and document high quality business solutions on the Force.com platform
Develop on-demand Salesforce.com applications, leveraging Apex Classes, Triggers, Visual Force Pages, Lightning etc.
Evaluating new CRM technologies and develop plans for their implementation into Salesforce.com orgs
Provide on-going technical support for existing custom Apex code being used on the Force.com platform
Responsibilities
- Work with Business Analysts / Systems Analysts, other technology Developers / Solution Designers to ensure the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals
- Developing new features for existing products or developing entirely new products for existing markets
- Designing and developing new applications based on client needs and requirements
- Working with project managers to ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Creating and maintaining documentation for new and existing applications to ensure that clients can effectively use them
- Creating technical specifications for new projects based on client requirements
- Managing applications after they have been launched to ensure that they are performing as expected
Required Skills
- 2+ years Force.com development experience with a strong focus on Apex/Aura/LWC development
- 1+ years Java or C# and web application development experience, strong SQL knowledge.
- 2+ Experience in developing and delivering solutions to real customer problems.
- Demonstrated team work capabilities and leadership skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Visio.
- Prior experience with translating business needs to functional requirement specifications for technology.
Education and/or Experience:
- BS in Computer Science or relevant field
- Salesforce Admin Certified
- 1+ years of experience with Administration
- 1+ years of Sales Cloud experience
- 1+ years of Service Cloud experience
- 1+ years of Project Management Lifecycle experience
