Business Development Manager

As a company Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs, provide expert advice on our products and services, and close deals to achieve sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of Salesforce products and services, and a track record of successful sales performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, prospecting, and cold calling
  • Engage with customers to understand their business requirements, provide expert advice on Salesforce products and services, and close deals
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts, maintain regular contact, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams including customer success, marketing, and product development to ensure customer needs are met
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline, and forecast accuracy
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to provide recommendations on sales strategies and product positioning
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in enterprise software sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce products and services, as well as the CRM market landscape
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and revenue growth
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
