Salesforce Training Contents
- Train how to work with Business Analysts / Systems Analysts, other technology Developers / Solution Designers to ensure the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules etc.
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Process Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
- Understanding of customizations and the ability to audit, recommend, improve, and/or update customizations for best practice alternatives
- Basic understanding of triggers/Apex code knowledge
- Sandbox environment management
- DevOps/release management experience
- Experience performing QA on pre-release and implemented change sets for validation and initial data load
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features
- Contribute to a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
- Own the communication and documentation of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality and integrity, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
- Monitor and improve user adoption via User Experience exercises and review
- Technical documentation
- Management of integrated applications and third party suppliers such as Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HelloSign, and more
- Create and maintain quality code, ensure defect free programming consistent with standards; provide code maintenance and support during testing cycles and post-production deployment and participate in reviewing peer coding
- Knowledge of Jenkins, Apex Data Loader, Salesforce Data Import/Export wizard or Informatica
Salesforce Training Skills
- Salesforce Users setup and Security and visibility
- Salesforce Lightning and LWC
- Hands-on knowledge of APEX
- Encourage to have Salesforce Admin and PD1 Certifications
- Process Flow Trigger automations
- Screen Flow Trigger
- Debugging code/config Issues
- Demonstrate team work capabilities and leadership skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Visio.
- Experience with translating business needs to functional requirement specifications for technology.

Education and/or Experience:
- BS in Computer Science or relevant field preferred but not absolutely required
- Knowledge in Computer/IT implementation areas and/or any Computer Programming skill
- Hands on Experience in an Information Technology area is a plus
- Knowledge in Project Management Lifecycle
